Lynn is a visiting master’s student from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany, where she studies Integrated Immunology. During her undergraduate studies, Lynn investigated the role of Kupffer cells in liver regeneration at the LIMES-Institute in Bonn. Through this experience, she discovered her fascination with the immune system and how it interacts with cancer. In the Sharpe Lab, Lynn investigates the influence of CTLA-4, PD-1 and CD101 on specific T-cell subpopulations and tumor growth.
