Raj Thaker previously worked on understanding how T-cells delimit proximal signaling during inflammation in the laboratory of Christopher E. Rudd at the University of Cambridge; and on the finer structural and functional properties of yeast V-ATPase proton pump in Gerhard Gruber’s group at NTU, Singapore. In the Sharpe lab, Raj applied OMICS to explore the roles, relationships, and actions of the various types of molecules that make up T-cells to strengthen immuno-therapeutics.
