Sam received her B.S. in Microbiology from Colorado State University where she developed a love for the immune system. She then completed her M.S. in Immunology in 2017 from Harvard Medical School where she studied the interaction between liver stromal cells and myeloid cells. While working in Sharpe lab, she studied liver stromal cells in the context of disease.
