Juhi is an MD/PhD student at Harvard Medical School, who joined the Sharpe lab in August 2016. She grew up in Newton, MA and received her B.A. in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology from Harvard College in 2013. During undergraduate, she worked in the laboratory of Dr. Laurie Glimcher at Harvard School of Public Health where she studied the role of the transcription factor T-bet in Th17 cells. After college, she spent a year as a Fulbright Scholar  in the laboratory of Dr. Fiona Powrie at the University of Oxford, where she studied mucosal Immunology. In the Sharpe Lab, Juhi worked on the role of two co-inhibitory receptors PD-1 and TIGIT in the regulation of autoimmunity and anti-tumor immunity.
