Jake graduated with a degree in biology from Stonehill College and has spent 3 years at MGH learning basic immunology research skills in the context of pulmonary inflammation. In the Sharpe lab, Jake studied the role of the microbiome in immune checkpoint blockade therapy. He also works alongside Matt Coxe and Marty LaFleur to uncover important epigenetic regulators of CD8+ T cell fate during infection.
