Hannah graduated from Lewis & Clark College in 2020 with a B.A. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. Her capstone project focused on designing a polyphenol-coated stent for the treatment of coronary artery disease. For 2.5 years, she served as a Senior Research Technician in the Widmer Lab at Tufts University--Department of Infectious Disease & Global Health. Her research at Tufts focused on the genomics of enteric pathogens and their impacts on host gastrointestinal microbiomes. Outside of lab, Hannah enjoys geography trivia, language learning, and making a list of all the places in Boston that give you free treats on your birthday.
