Elysa Mdalel
Research assistant (2020-2021)
Elysa received her B.S. in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019 where she assisted in the Wormley Lab, a member of the South Texas Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases (STCEID), studying the role of DCs during Cryptococcus neoformans pathogenesis. In the Sharpe-CHIME Lab, she used the CHIME system to learn more about myeloid-mediated suppression of antitumor immunity.
