Elizabeth completed her studies in Biochemistry in 2014 and later obtained a Master's in Biochemistry and Bioinformatics in 2017 from the Universidad de Concepción, Chile. During her time there, she researched the role of Sall2 in tumorigenesis and investigated Sall2's role in cell migration modulation, specifically focusing on focal adhesion turnover using mouse embryonic fibroblasts. Her research interests lie in cancer and immunology. She is currently involved in antitumor immunity research at the Sharpe-CHIME lab, employing the CHIME system. Outside the lab, Elizabeth enjoys walking and playing with her dog, Akira, and making jewelry.
