Catherine Tan

Cat graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2009 where she studied the pathogenesis of autoimmune-mediated lung disease using the Aire deficient mouse model in the laboratory of Mark Anderson at the University of California, San Francisco. In Sharpe lab, she studies how coinhibitory receptors regulate immune cells (T cells in particular) in the intestinal microenvironment during normal homeostasis and inflammation.
