Amy Huang
Amy was a computational biologist in both the Sharpe Lab and the Liu Lab at DFCI. She graduated with a BS in computer science and biology from the University of Chicago in 2020, where she wrote a thesis on heterogeneity of larvae feeding behavior in the Douglas-fir tussock moth/baculovirus system under the supervision of Dr. Greg Dwyer. In the Sharpe and Liu labs, she worked on analysis of 'omics datasets across various projects and on studying response to immune checkpoint blockade in metastatic melanoma.
